SDG’s Sustainable Development Goals

At WAVE, we take sustainability seriously. As a consultancy focused on refrigeration and HVAC systems, we work to improve energy efficiency and lower environmental impact — both in our own operations and for our clients.

Since 2019, we’ve based our approach on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), using them to guide how we run our business. This includes cutting carbon emissions, using energy more efficiently, and regularly measuring our progress. We share updates every six months to stay open about what’s going well and where we can do better.

WAVE is an employee-owned company, and our goals reflect that. We believe in shared success and running a business that’s fair, responsible, and forward-thinking. Sustainability is part of that commitment. Our team knows they’re part of a company that not only does good work but also tries to do the right thing.

We aim to leave things better than we found them. By making sustainability part of how we operate, we hope to make a real difference and encourage others in our industry to do the same.
