WAVE Marks 10 Years of Sustainable Engineering

On November 3rd 2025, WAVE proudly celebrated its tenth anniversary, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey since its formation in 2015.

What began as a small team with a clear vision has grown into an independent, employee-owned engineering consultancy, delivering refrigeration and HVAC expertise to clients across the UK and beyond.

Over the past decade,

WAVE has continued to evolve while remaining committed to the principles that have shaped the business from the outset: technical excellence, independence, collaboration and sustainable engineering.

The anniversary also provided an opportunity to introduce a refreshed brand identity, including a new logo and the launch of the company’s new website, www.wave-eot.com.

The updated identity reflects how WAVE has developed over the last ten years while looking ahead to the future of engineering consultancy.

Today,

WAVE is proud to be an employee-owned business, ISO 9001 accredited, and a Certified B Corporation, working alongside clients, design teams and end users to deliver practical, sustainable engineering solutions that make a lasting difference.

Whilst the look of the business has evolved, its core values remain unchanged.

The same people, the same collaborative approach and the same commitment to providing independent, expert engineering advice continue to underpin everything WAVE does.

Reflecting on the milestone, the team would like to thank its clients, partners and colleagues—past and present—for their trust, support and contribution over the past decade.
